Situated amidst fields with commanding view of Gangtey valley, the lodge is in close proximity to renowned Gangtey monastery and its lovely village. Connected with farm road, the lodge is on opposite side of the valley and village, offering uninterrupted view and the opportunity to experience rural life in a serene & peaceful environment.

It offers 9 farm suites set in two traditionally featured cottages, all with private see through big windows and with comfortable sitting. Rooms are spacious, tastefully and comfortably furnished with local décor. The en-suite bathrooms are quite large, with a shower and equipped with other necessary amenities.

The dining room is cosy, elegantly designed and offers delicious Bhutanese, Indian, Chinese and Continental cuisine while attached bar has range of local and international beverages. The prevailing homely atmosphere and ambience make this place even more charming and enjoyable.

A sun terrace and open sky bar with bonfire are some of other conveniences available at the lodge with an option of cultural program. Enjoying favourite book in privacy of balcony or on sun terrace or simply watching village activities through room is excellent choice to relax and rejuvenation.

Traditional hot stone bath available at RKPO is one of the most relaxing ways to end a day. River rocks drop into the hot water where they crack and steam and release minerals that can relieve deep-set aches and joint tension.

A mini library with interesting collection of books on Bhutanese history, culture, Buddhism, environment & ecology provides a deep insight into this fascinating mountain Kingdom.

From the lodge, guests can embark on some lovely nature / village walks or attending morning prayer ceremony at monastery, explore villages and meet warm, friendly and every smiling people.
