The Tang Namkhar Lhakhang Rabney is a three-day yearly celebration commemorating the establishing of the Namkha Lhakhang by Lama Namkha Samdrup. The Tibetan Lama Namkha Sumdrup came to Tang valley after establishing Ngang lhakhang in the upper Choekhor valley of Bumthang in the sixteenth century. This festival is also performed for the peace and upliftment of the community and prosperity of entire Tang valley.
