Mipham Guest House is picturesquely located on a hillside slope, overlooking the town and Jakar Dzong, nestling just below Lhodrak Kharchhu monastery. Its location enables the Buddhist practitioners to attend early morning prayer ceremony at the monastery. 

The guest house is owned by Kharchhu monastery and professionally managed. It features eighteen well-appointed rooms with traditional décor. The old bukhari (wood burning stove) heated rooms are cosy while the newer rooms are more spacious & comfortable, have electric heaters and offer excellent view of Jakar Dzong and the town. Each room is with en-suite bathroom, running hot & cold water and new wing rooms also come with large windows and balcony to offer panoramic vistas. 

The large dining area decorated with traditional art & motifs serves excellent food including Bhutanese, Indian and Chinese cuisine. The adjoining bar offers range of local and international beverages.
